What I Know, What I Want to Know

Gay Marriage. Is it right or wrong? Is there a right to wrong to it? I know that most people don't approve of it. That's OK, its your choice. I personally have no problem with it, but others are not so understanding. I'm pretty sure that in some states same sex marriage is illegal. And I know that no matter were you are it is looked down upon. But what is the big deal. If two people really love each other, shouldn't they have the right to get married. And wouldn't keeping them from that right take away basic freedoms? And who's to stop the government from making being Gay illegal? Well that's what i want to find out. What are the governments views? How far are they willing to go? How much of a difference in the world are they making by doing this? Why do people disapprove of Gays?
What else besides their sexual preference is any different from anyone else? And you cant say that Gays act differently than normal people. Everyone is different and using our differences against us is unfair judgment. What is also unfair is how gays are blamed for many things that they have no control over. This is something else i want to find out. How many things have they been rightfully and wrongfully accused of? Why are they mistreated? They say that history repeats itself and i think that's completely true. Isn't the way most people discriminate Gays a lot like the ways they discriminated blacks?
You decide for yourself, and I'll keep my own opinions.
